register to participate in the Mears 10% Donation program for the 24/25 season
    the program is open to cmg Band, music & guard families with students participating in the performing arts activities for the 2024/2025 school year & CHS performing arts staff.

    • Fields marked with * are required. 
    • Each quarter, Mears donates 10% of the $ value of services performed for registered CHS band/ music/ guard families.
    • You need to register so that we know to include your visits to Mears in the calculation for the donation.
    • The Carmel Band Boosters &/ Perf Arts Dept Staff are responsible for verifying that your student is currently enrolled in a performing arts department activity.
    • In completing this registration form, you are giving Mears express permission to contact you by email, text &/ snail mail.
    • Your information will not be sold or shared.

    Mears doesn't contact students, unless you have included them in the main registration section as they are responsible for handling their own car's maintenance & service, and will be coming into the workshop to do business.  If that's the case we welcome them, and provide them with reliable, honest information, and help them make wise decisions to keep their car mechanically safe and sound.
